At PCM Fórum Alcalá we are looking for a hospitality professional who can take on the challenge of a department as important as F&B. Our Head Waiter must be a person who maintains a good relationship with the client and who knows how to communicate with a positive attitude to the rest of the colleagues with whom he must work as a team.
Our hotel has an à la carte restaurant, a cafeteria and 2 terraces that open in the summer season. In addition, you will have to manage the organisation and assembly of our meeting rooms, which can accommodate a large number of attendees. Job responsibilities and functions:
- Organize and direct daily work, coordinating the staff under your charge and the different departments involved.-
- Control of the work to be done at the different corporate and social events, as well as the F&B services that the hotel offers its guests.
- Team management: Planning schedules and vacations, in addition to managing specific cases of the staff under your charge together with the hotel management.
- Contact with suppliers in the realization of orders for your department and control in the reception of the same.
- Distribution and control of the realization of inventories associated with your department.
- Ability to enhance and strengthen the objectives oriented to the sale of our products / services.
- Control of the quality of the service and the guidelines set for each one of them.
- Customer service
Requirements Required:
- Minimum experience in similar positions: 6 years
- Specific training in the area of Catering (Vocational training or similar)
- Languages: English (oral level, high), other languages will be valued.
- Preferably live in the Henares corridor area.
